This Jordan adventure is for the active traveller who wishes to see the major highlights of Jordan, whilst also exploring the lesser trodden paths of the diverse landscapes. Discover the ancient Nabatean capital of Petra, an archaeological marvel famous for its rock cut architecture on the side of Mount Hor. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and an iconic symbol of Jordan. Traverse to the north of Jordan and uncover the city of Jerash, considered one of the best preserved Roman provincial cities on earth.

Travellers will also have the opportunity to hike the unique desert topography of Wadi Rum and also experience camping with Bedouins in the desert. Other sites visited during this itinerary are Ajloun Nature Reserve, Dana nature Reserve, and the salty Dead Sea, where travellers can swim and relax in the waters that are virtually impossible to sink.

Limits on the Local package supplier’ Responsibility

The Local package supplier, its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents and assigns, does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip. It purchases transportation (by aircraft, coach, train, vessel or otherwise), hotel and other lodging accommodations, restaurant, ground handling and other services from various independent suppliers. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result Local package supplier is not liable for any negligent or wilful act of any such person or entity or of any third person.

In addition and without limitation, the local package supplier is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labour activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

There are certain inherent risks in adventure travel. These include, but are not limited to, risks of high-altitude activities, horseback riding, (for example, unpredictable behaviour by the horses, being spooked, etc), hiking, walking safaris, (for example, equipment failures, ice or other trail obstructions) and in all trips dangers of animals, inaccessibility to medical attention and difficulty in evacuation from remote locations in the case of a medical emergency. Passenger assumes all such risks with regard to these possibilities.

Travellers Representations: The Traveller represents that neither he nor she nor anyone travelling with him or her has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to himself or herself or other members of the tour.

Applicable Law and Forum. This agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with, and shall be governed by, the laws of Jordan. It is agreed by Local package supplier and the traveller that all lawsuits against Local package supplier arising under, in connection with, or incident to the tour shall be filed, if at all, in the courts of Jordan, to the exclusion of any other country or jurisdiction.
