4. An orientation lesson is given at 10am and 4pm at office every day
5. Payment DO NOT INCLUDE international flights nor domestic flights unless specified.
6. All bookings are open till departure and group sizes shall not exceed capacity of herders.
7. For groups of 4 or more, our nomadic families may take you by ox or horse cart if they do not have enough riding horses.

9. Bring your sleeping bag and mattress (if not, we do rent at our office).
10. Vegetarian Travelers must notify office upon booking online or in person at office otherwise be aware that Mongolia is a meat eating country - families can prepare rice, noodles, potatoes, etc., but are not trained vegetarian cooks.
11. When planning your travel schedule please keep in mind that our itineraries are referring to the exact amount of days that you will be traveling with Local Package Supplier's Nomadic families, upon completion of a given route, you may have an overnight in the rural village prior to departing back to Ulaanbaatar as most buses depart in the mornings (i.e. Dundgovi and Arhangai Travel Routes - please confirm with our office if this may be the case with your selected itinerary).

Ger to Ger is an Ambassadorship to learn and experience nomadic lifestyle; participating nomadic families core responsibility is to share their lifestyle with travelers (they are NOT TOUR OPERATORS), itineraries are developed in order to provide structure in a format that is acceptable to the international travel industry. However, owing to the challenges of nomadic lifestyle (environment, economics, livestock, etc.) travelers must understand and be accepting if nomadic families have to make slight changes to their itineraries that include (but not limited too) activities, foods, distances, or even methods of travel between nomadic families etc. Privacy Policy Local Package Supplier follows international privacy practices and does not release individual financial earnings of families without their written consent. Travel Disclaimer Upon arrival at our office in Ulaanbaatar, all travelers will be require to fill out, sign and submit the following DISCLAIMER prior to travel on Local Package Supplier. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the trip designated on this application (or a trip which I may subsequently transfer to). I am voluntarily participating on the tour or expedition with knowledge that travel to foreign countries and/ or remote areas visited by this trip involve numerous risks and dangers including, but not limited to: the forces of nature; civil unrest; terrorism; rods, trails, hotels, vehicles, boats or other means of conveyance which are not operated or maintained at standards not common in western countries; high altitude; accidents for -which I am not prepared; consumption of alcoholic beverages; or negligence (but not willful or fraudulent conduct) on the part of Local Package Supplier Project or others. I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of adventure travel is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my Voluntary participation. I hereby agree to be responsible for my own welfare, and accept any and all risks of delay, unanticipated events, illness, injury, emotional, trauma, or death. Release I acknowledge that the cost of all Local Package Supplier Project trips is based upon Trip Participants executing this Release of liability and Assumption of All Risks. Therefore, as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate on such trip(s), I hereby Release and discharge Local Package Supplier Project and its agents and employees from and against any and all liability arising from my participation in the tour or expedition. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon myself, all minors under the age of 18 traveling with me, my heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives; it being my intention to fully assume all the risk of travel and to release Local Package Supplier Project from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law. I understand that all applications are subject to Acceptance by Local Package Supplier Project and upon acceptance shall be deemed to have been entered into and to be performed in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia. In the unlikely event a legal dispute should arise involving any subject matter whatsoever, I agree that the following conditions will apply: (a) the dispute will be submitted to neutral third party mediator in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia with both parties splitting equally the costs of such mediator. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation then (b) the dispute shall be governed by the Mongolian law; and (c) the maximum amount of recovery to which I will be entitled under any and all circumstances will be the land cost of my trip with Local Package Supplier Project. Knowing and voluntary execution I have carefully and fully understand the contents and legal ramifications of this agreement as well as all the conditions as stated under the heading "Book a trip" in the website, especially noting those regarding cancellation and refund policies, limitation of liability, arid responsibility borne by trip participants. I understand this is a legally binding and enforceable contract and sign it of my own free will. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Parent or guardian of a minor I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the below named minor and hereby give my permission for this minor to participate in the trip or expedition. I agree individually and on behalf of my child to the terms above. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY These paragraphs (together with the Release of Liability section of the Application form) define our responsibility with respect to all our trips. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. Local Package Supplier Project gives notice that some services provided in connection with its itineraries, including transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other services, are purchased from various independent suppliers who are not affiliated with Local Package Supplier Project in any way. Although it endeavors to choose the best suppliers available, Local Package Supplier Project has no right to control their operations and therefore makes these travel arrangements upon the express condition that Local Package Supplier Project, and its own agents and employees, shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury or death to person, or damage to property occasioned through the conduct or default of any company or individual engaged in providing these services. Local Package Supplier Project shall not be liable for: (a) expenses recovering belongings left behind on a trip, (b) bodily injury or property damage for any reason, including but not limited to acts of God, weather, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbance, theft, default, detention, annoyance, changes in government regulations, terrorism, war, or failure of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, etc., over which it (Local Package Supplier Project) has no control. Local Package Supplier Project reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our trips, and may use any such records for promotional and/or commercial purposes. • Local Package Supplier Project reserves the right to decline to accept or to restrain from further participation any person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in the activities, or any person whose actions or deportment impede trip operation or the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other trip members. A refund based on cost of unused land services is the limit of Local Package Supplier Project responsibility in such a case. Trip Member's Responsibility Trip members have the responsibility to select a trip appropriate to their abilities and interests. We are also happy to discuss the trip with you. Trip members are held responsible for being in sufficient good health to undertake the trip. Trip members are responsible for preparing for the trip by studying the itinerary and pre-departure information packets sent by Local Package Supplier Project and for bringing the appropriate clothing and equipment as advised therein. Cancellation policy and refunds • In the unlikely case that we have to make changes to your travel arrangements, we will notify you at the earliest possible date. We do reserve the right to make changes at any time due to circumstances which lie beyond our control. In the case of significant changes to your itinerary, you have the right to cancel your holiday and be fully refunded. • Once we have started to provide our service i.e. from the point of your arrival on route, no refunds will be made for unused trip arrangements for any reason. There will be no refund given for unused home stay, meals, sightseeing, trek days or any other charges once the trip has commenced. Parent or Guardian of Small Children Parent or guardian of a minor I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the below named minor and hereby give my permission for this minor to participate in the trip or expedition. I agree individually and on behalf of my child to the terms above.
- If cancellation is made between 0 and 7 days before departure a fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking value is payable.
- If cancellation is made between 8 and 14 days before departure a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking value is payable.
- If cancellation is made between 15 and 29 days before departure a fee equivalent to 30% of the total booking value is payable.
- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before departure a fee equivalent to 0% of the total booking value is payable.
